I’ll talk about this on the email marketing page too, but it’s worth saying again. Social media is exhausting. The constant pressure to post, to perform, to keep up with whatever the algorithm decided to prioritize this week. It can feel like you’re shouting into a void, and yet you can’t quite bring yourself to stop, because you know that when it’s done well, it actually works.
That’s the thing. Social media done well doesn’t feel like noise. It feels like a person. It has a voice, a point of view, a reason to come back to. And that’s what I focus on. Not just showing up consistently, but showing up in a way that actually sounds like you and gives the people following you a reason to stay.
And while we’re here… we can tell when it’s AI. We really can. If that’s your vibe, no judgment, but if you want to show up as yourself, that means outsourcing to another human, not a computer. Someone who will ask you questions, learn how you see the world, and write in a way that actually sounds like it came from you. That’s what I do!
I’ve managed social media for organizations and individuals whose work I genuinely care about, and I think that comes through. You can tell when someone is managing an account on autopilot and when someone is actually paying attention. I’m always paying attention. To the tone, the timing, the way a caption lands, the small details that make the difference between content people scroll past and content that makes them stop.
What I can help you with:
Platform management, content creation, community engagement, social media strategy, consistent scheduling, and making sure everything you put out there sounds like you and connects with the people it’s meant to reach. I work across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Substack, Medium, Twitter, BlueSky, and YouTube.
From my portfolio:

Why work with me:
I’ve been managing social media professionally for years, across nonprofit, governmental, and individual client work. In my role in Washington D.C., I actively managed key social media accounts including ElectionAccess.org and @IFESYouth on Twitter, where I conceptualized and implemented a long-term social media strategy focused on expanding reach, engagement, and consistent presence. I understand both the creative and strategic sides of social media, and I bring both to every account I manage. I use Meta tools, Later, HeyOrca, and Hootsuite, and I’m comfortable building a strategy from scratch or stepping into something already in motion.
The results speak for themselves… In 2025 alone, my work for OneSpirit Interfaith Foundation delivered over 1.9 million total touchpoints across all channels. Instagram reach grew by 681%. YouTube watch time more than doubled. And a Meta ads campaign running on a modest budget of £1,701 generated over 1.17 million views, 677,000 reach, and 24,109 actions, at an average cost-per-click of £0.07. For context, that’s 10 times better than the nonprofit sector benchmark and up to 30 times better than typical education ads.

OneSpirit’s Instagram
For The Serenity Practice, all growth over our first 90 days together was entirely organic with zero paid advertising. Instagram views grew by 113%, content interactions by 172%, and profile visits by 72%. Email open rates consistently ranged between 40% and 54%, well above industry benchmarks, with one campaign hitting a 53.6% open rate. Every channel showed steady, trust-led growth rooted in tone, consistency, and genuine connection.
LinkedIn is also a platform I’m particularly confident in. Both clients saw significant growth there, with one account growing impressions by over 23,000% in the first 90 days, driven entirely by two posts. If LinkedIn is somewhere you’ve been showing up inconsistently or not at all, that’s exactly the kind of thing I can help with.
