When someone gives you their email address, they’re telling you something. Either they trust you, or you intrigue them. Both of those things are worth protecting. My job is to help you keep that interest alive, nurture it gently, and never overwhelm the people who’ve chosen to let you in.
Email is one of the few places online where you’re not competing with an algorithm. Someone has invited you into their inbox, and that means something. I think about that a lot when I’m writing a campaign. It’s not just content, it’s a conversation, and it deserves the same care and intention you’d put into any relationship you value. Done well, email doesn’t feel like marketing at all. It feels like hearing from someone you trust, at the right moment, with something worth saying.

What I can help you with:
Campaign strategy and sequencing, copywriting for launches, events, welcome sequences, and community newsletters. I work in Mailchimp end to end, from build to delivery, and I'm comfortable stepping into an existing setup or building from scratch.
Campaign strategy
A plan for who hears from you, when, and why, so every email has a job to do.
Launch and event sequences
A run of emails that builds toward something, from the first announcement to the last reminder.
Welcome emails
A warm first hello for new subscribers, so they know who you are and what to expect.
Community newsletters
Regular updates people look forward to, with your news, offerings and stories.
Mailchimp, end to end
Templates, lists, segments and scheduling, built and looked after for you.
Accessible emails
Alt text on images, readable fonts and clear buttons, so everyone can take part.
How it works
Mapping the journey
Who’s on your list, what they need from you, and what you’d love them to do next.
Writing and building
Emails written in your voice, designed and built in Mailchimp, and tested before anything goes out.
Looking at what landed
Opens, clicks and replies, explained in plain language, with ideas for what to try next.
Not sure what you need yet? That’s what the call is for.
From my portfolio:
What I love most is building out a sequence with a real arc to it. Each email doing its own quiet work, moving someone through something, whether that's a launch, an event, a moment of transition, or simply staying connected to your community over time. I focus on getting your tone right, making sure every email sounds like you, and structuring each campaign so it builds toward something that feels satisfying to receive and meaningful to send.
Inside one email
Day 1 of the Ordination Week series, with notes on the choices behind it.
A subject line that reads like a personal note, not a newsletter.

- A custom header for the series, so each day’s email is recognizable the moment it opens.
- Short paragraphs written straight to the students, warm and easy to read on a phone.
- Soft botanical dividers give a long email room to breathe.
- The same three touchstones every day: a playlist, a reflection prompt and a breath.
- A playlist for each day, with artwork I created to go with it.
Ordination Week 2025
One email a day for the week leading up to ordination. Choose a day to read it.

Why work with me:
I've written and managed full email campaigns end to end, from strategy and sequencing through to copywriting and delivery. I work in Mailchimp and have experience building campaigns that are thoughtfully structured, on brand, and written to actually connect.
I don't just write the words. I think about the journey someone goes on from the first email to the last. Every step should feel intentional, and every email should earn its place in the sequence.
